Business Services Overview

Our portfolio of services is highly customizable in order to be of maximum value to our clients. We can work side by side with your own management team at the onset of your international expansion program, we can jump in halfway through your process or we can come in at the tail end of your research to become your local mission control.

Discovery: in this initial phase, the Baystate Connections team reviews the client's product offering, and immerses itself in the business development strategies that have worked in Sweden. We'll review business plans, marketing plans, sales strategies, best-customer profile and client base. If the client has already performed market research in the US, we will review that as well.

Establish Goals: in this second phase, Baystate Connections and the client will jointly agree on the scope of the US initiative. While we offer a broad range of services, we are prepared to customize each client engagement to best reflect the immediate needs of each client. In this phase, we will outline the projects in detail, together with milestones and review cycle.

Launch of Activities: Baystate Connections initiates the first project according to plan, and reports on a weekly basis on progress.
